    What next


    Newbie here into weight training for 2 months now and its working yipee

    I am very fit as do alot of cycling but wanted to bulk up

    I take BSN No Xplode pre workout and Cellmass after plus Whey Protein Gold Standard

    Anything else I can try putting on muscle just wondering do I need anything else ?

    I have a reasonable diet

    You also need to work out very hard to bulk up, we are talking heavy weights reps between 8 -12 (8)for small muscles and (12) for those big muscles. These will give you some strength and muscle hypertrophy. The amount of sets is up to you.

    I suggest you post your age, a sample of your diet and what you are doing in the gym.

    That way some of the very knowledgeable posters on here will be able to help you.

    Hi

    Just back from holidays

    5 feet 10 inches 74kg 35 years of age

    Do alot of cycling but want to put on weight and muscle

    Go to gym 3-4 times per week I do all weights in gym no squats etc but those with machines

    I also use those you know little weights or metal bar with weights to exercise chest back etc

    I know its a bit general but dont know technical names

    Diet today

    Breakfast 730 am 3 wheetabix low fat milk
    Tea Break 11am Brown break and chicked sandwich yoghurt low fat mulivitamin and fish oils
    1 o clock nuts and fruit
    4 pm Optimium whey shake and cellmass drink
    730 pm rice and chicken
    10pm Optimium whey shake

    Any thoughts
