Looking for furniture bargins or sales on at the moment. I need a living room suite, bed and dining table & chairs. The problem is I'm skint! But the stuff has to be got :)

Here's an old thread on the subject. Entry 4, which I entered, was one of the greatest bargains that I ever found (bedroom furniture). However, take into account that my information was as at Apr 2007.

http://www.argos.ie/ for choice though you have to visit the store to order.
http://www.buy4now.ie/ArnottsStore/ for pricy stuff even with their sale.
http://www.instore.ie/ for slightly pricy stuff but may do a deal.

also

www.furniture.ie is a portal for a number of other furniture vendors.

finally

www.arramount.ie - website way out of date but stores still around.
www.harveynorman.ie - website poor - but i'm sure you've heard the adverts.
