Sky problem

    Hiya,

    I didnt know where to actually post this thread.
    My boyfriend and me have Sky HD. For some reason since yesterday the remote control stopped working. It is definitely NOT the batteries. We changed them already. What could be the problem here?

    Would be great if you could help me asap.:o

    Is the red light flicking on the top of the remote when you press a button on it??

    yep it does but I got it sorted now. Only turned off the Sky box and it works again now but that cant be right though truning it off all the time so it works.

    Sometimes my sky will freeze when im in the text and the box needs de be turned off at the plug. Any reason this could be happening. Anything to do with the hard drive having little reCording memory?

    Did you get the new viewing card from Sky a few months back??
