    i am a 5 foot 10 inch male

    i am kind of muscular and broad shouldered

    how much should i weigh ?

    i don't want to be super skinny, i like my muscles and so do some others ;)

    Its a bit vague really.

    You could be 70kg and overweight/fat.
    You could be 80kg and be very trim and lean.

    What is your current weight?

    Really, the weight is less important than your measurements. How big is your waist, for instance?

    It's quite possible to be light on the scales, but to be carrying no muscle and a dangerous amount of fat, or to weigh in as overweight, but be solid muscle.
