Have IE abolished this. Was going to get the train to next next weekend (25th). Can't find the 10€ 14:00 from Heuston. Have IE gotten rid of these fares for good or what's the story?

Try reading the terms and conditions

10 euro Mon-Thurs + Sat only on the 14:00, 10 euro fare is still good on the 21:00 Mon-Sat, and the 20 euro fare is available on Friday mornings

OP says 25th which is a Friday.

OP doesn't say where he is going but most of the €10 fares don't run lunchtime on Fridays. Presuming it is the 14:00 to Cork, that is excluded.
    (1) Promotional fare is excluded from this service on Fridays – fares up to the maximum web one-way may apply.

No need for the rest of it.
