ISOP & Waterford Masters

As someone who has never played Poker in Waterford, I find it amazing that there appears to be 2 great tournaments being held there at the exact same time.

Went back to Tramore for a week break this summer (bringing my own kids there for the first time) and had planned to go back again next year for a week in July. That will now be the end of July so I can play in one of these tourneys.

The ISOP is in Waterford and has a 20,000 starting stack, progressive clock 60/75/90 but a €1,000 entry fee, IIRC

The Waterford Masters is in Tramore and has a 15,000 starting stack with a 60 minute clock but a €400 entry fee, IIRC.

Can someone neutral give me some input here - which would you recommend? Feedback from last year's Waterford Masters seems pretty positive. Is the ISOP in its first year, or has it been run before? Is it being run by the same team running the Killarney festival in 2 weeks time?

I'm still scratching my head as to why these aren't on 2 separate weeks. Oh well!
