Do you have to let SW know if doing an evening course?

Hi, Does anyone know if you have to advise SW if you are doing an evening course-1 night a week? or do you have to fill in BTE1 Form? I know if it's a full time course you can apply for btea etc, but as you can still look for work while doing an evening course just wondering if they need to be told etc? thanks
