I looked into this before for Halloween and a few opticians around town have coloured/novelty contacts but were very expensive seeing as I just wanted disposable ones. I ended up ordering non-perscription ones from a UK company called Four Eyez (foureyez.com). Didn't have any problems with using them and they came in the post in a few days. Very wierd wearing contacts if you're not used to them though!
