Just an idea lads, and not even my own.

At the end of Judo practice tonight one of the instructors asked for a moments silence for the late Darren Sutherland.

I thought it was a nice touch and thought I'd throw the suggestion out to you guys here, maybe give the lad and his family a moments thought at the end of your practice this week.

    Darren Sutherland R.I.P.

Thanks, but the aim of the thread isn't another condolence thread, although all are welcome of course.

But I'd like to throw out the idea that you guys might bring it to your clubs this week that maybe a moments reflection at the end of training for Darren Sutherland might be appropriate.

His death by suicide also comes at the end of the world suicide awareness week.
