basically i think im too thin. instead of going from average - built, i just want to go from thin - average

i havent much time to exercise, mabye an hour and a half once a week and thats all

i did all the research with weight gain, calories, protien, carbs etc

so i want to know if i went on a bit of a diet without much exercise, would i go from thin to average fairly quick? or would i just be fat?

    any help thanks

FFS mate, changin your body takes a whole lotta work and effort, an hour and a half a week wont do anythin for ya. You must be busier than God himself, I reckon even Obama could get more than an hour and a half a week. If ya wanna get bigger, check the stickies for the diet you will need and then you'll need a weight program but all programs generally require at least an hour training every second day. All depends on what ya want.

You could think about putting in some usable equipmenty at home, this way extending your 'limits'. A pullup bar being one, or an area for
push-ups, dips and dumbell exercises. What is it that limits your time can I ask OP?

well if your thin genetically and as it is you eat a relatively good diet then you will need resistance training but if your thin cos you eat 2 small meals a day etc. then just beginning eating regular healthy meals high in protein n complex carbs should start filling you out to an average build, one workout a week isnt ideal but plenty of bodybuilders use extremely abbreviated programs and most b.b only train each bodypart once a week anyway,if you have absolutely no more time focus on bench press, deadlift, squat and shoulder press in this workout although an extra day r 2 would be better, hope this helps
