Live on Setanta Ireland, coverage starts at 7.15pm, kick-off at 7.45pm

Should be tight enough, but I can see Chelsea winning, maybe 2-1 or 3-1

    Anyone have any team news?

All I know is that Drogba and Bosingwa are suspended, due to the aftermath of the Barça match last year

Watching Sky, Carlo Ancelotti comes off as a really nice guy, really down to earth kinda guy.

I thought he'd have a massive ego given his credentials but he seems like a good guy. I'm sure the players enjoy working with him.

no posts about streams in the match threads please, there's a sticky at the top of the forum for that

    Sorry about the streaming talk,

Chelsea looking decent at the moment. Can see a few goals in this despite the conditions.

chelsea bench looking a bit bare, shows what one or two injuries and a few suspensions can do to the best of squads

Very true, we really could do with some better cover for the strikers. I'd love to see Cole get a run out, but maybe not til we're a few goals to the good :)

Jaysus I hope that rain stays on that side of the Irish Sea this week.

Porto passing decently until the final third. Can't see Chelsea conceding without making a bad mistake or Porto getting a lucky break. Chelsea have made a good few chances, Lamps hasn't got his shooting boots on but he'll get a few more chances I'm sure. Still reckon CFC 1 or 2 nil.

Essien is involved in alot of the play, but he doesnt seem to get in quality balls in. Glad to see him in the thick of things though, i really hopes he nails down his place in the team, really great player.
