    Just got an email from gamepass offering a refund for this week because of the breakdown on sunday. I'm quite pleased with this. twas only fair.

    Fair play
    Despite my rage on Sunday night, I do acknowledge it's a generally excellent product.
    I don't have Sky, Channel 5, ESPN or any other subscription TV Channel. And those illegal streams last year didn't realy work at all for me last year
    So yeah, I'd subscribe again next year for sure

    Thats quite fair of them

    I dont have gamepass but looking at the price, and the amount of people that were here saying it wasnt working at all - its only right!

    Thats how you run a business. It was annoying but stuff happens, they got it fix fast, apologized and offered a refund. cant ask for much more than that.

    Pitty eircom cant run a similar service. Anyone get a refund for their recurring broadband problems? of course not.
