    hi!!!! i really wanna be a makeup artist. i have raw talent. can anyone tell me the best way to go about it. ive heard its expensive to start and im totally broke

    If you have no money at all you might want to have a look at some of the tutorials on youtube or buy some books, but I think if you want some proper experience and some credentials you'll have to save up and do course.. LA Makeup Accademy are meant to be quite good.

    I did a course at The Makeup Room a couple of years ago and it was quite good, it was just a beginners course but I learnt loads there... But I've heard through the grapevine that the recession has his them hard and the courses don't have bells and whistles you used to get with them.. When I did it I got a huge kit of makeup and cases and brushes etc.. I don't think you get any of that now, it's just a basic course...
