    Heard this term, "ham-sandwicher", what's the reasoning behind it? I understand it to be a disparagement. Seems to be an exceptionally light one, but maybe I don't understand the background to it. Any patient soul willing to shed some light?

    Its a reference to Tipperary Gaa supporters.
    Too mean to buy something to eat when they travel to matches(To Thurles as well!!)
