Both Shane Browne and Gerry McBride are through to the finals of the Bulmers Competition, and they got there 'cause they're funny as hell. Keith Anderson's a real live wire as well.

I'd say go, that looks like a good night out. (Showing my ignorance here but who's Rory O'Hanlon? Any relation to Ardal?)

Rory is around a couple of years, had a one man show in the free fringe this year which got good reviews.

yeah that show you are lookin at is the first "black n blue" comedy show in drogheda, i was at the opening of the club in baldoyle and it is organised really well! Keith Anderson (who runs the club) is great, he knows whats needed in a comedy club and will be a great night!

on the bill that night is also local comedian conor garvey, and he is really funny, been out of comedy for about 2 years now and its great to have him back!

rory o hanlon just back from his sell out solo show in edinburgh, absolute legend and a bang on guy too.

shane browne was at the baldoyle gig too, new to the scene but very very funny.

Gerry McBride has never done a bad gig....well that i have seen anyway....and he gives crisps! (ya cant go wrong)

i dont know the other guys but as i said keith knows his comedy so you can guarantee they will storm it!

There is a guy called Paudy Byrne from Droheda.

He is an open mic, but he is very funny, and original. I recommend that if you org a gig there again you get in contact with him.

Also he lives in the area so he would spread the word about it being on.

    laughmore,
    Aidan
