Upgrading from 13' Macbook to 13' MB Pro

I bought my redesigned 13' Macbook with 2GHz and 2GB RAM last Christmas, and I absolutely love it so far. But a friend of mine is interested in buying it from me since he wants to have that unibond style Macbook without having to pay extra for a Pro which he doesn't need.

He's willing to give me €850 for it, so I'm contemplating using that money to upgrade to a 13' Macbook Pro with a 2.26GHz processor and 4GB of RAM for €1115. I was planning on putting an extra 2GBs of RAM into my Macbook for around 70 euro anyway, so it seems to be worth it to pay that little bit extra for the faster processor.

I was just wondering are there any other differences between the silver 13' Macbook and the new 13' Macbook Pros? Obviously I'll have the better specs but is there any other added bonus's to upgrading to the Pro?

Also, would I notice a significant increase in speed going from 2 to 2.26GHz and 2GB to 4GB RAM? I can go for a 2.53GHz processor with 4GB RAM for €1303, but I don't want to pay another extra 200 if the 2.26 processor is enough of an improvement for me. I'll also be upgrading from OSX.5 to X.6 anyway not matter which MB Pro I go for.

    Suggestions?

The screen is significantly better on the 13" MBP as opposed to the 13" MB - way better colors and viewing angles.

The battery is no longer user removable in the MBP.

2.26Ghz won't be a massive improvement over 2.0Ghz, but then again, neither will 2.53Ghz over 2.26Ghz. I'd save my money on that one. The 4GB of RAM will be a lot more noticeable in the applications that can use it (virtualization, Photoshop, etc).

    Firewire port.

Hope they fixed the hissy audio and headphone socket with premature eject problem.

Graphics card will probably be better, depending on which model you have or are getting

The OP said he is considering going from the unibody 13" MB to the 13" MBP:

There is no difference at all in the graphics card - both use the Nvidia GeForce 9400M...
