best bet i think, is to bring a caravan, im sure theres loads of places you could park it up, cheap and cheerful and you dont have to worry about driving,
Its going to be a great weekend, I102-104 will be there, and theres loads of activities for people, aswell as lots o beer!!!!!
Plus the culchies themselves of course!!!!!!:D
Oh yeah just one more thing, if anyone knows lads that want to enter it, it costs 50 euro, if they're single, they get an escort for the weekend, free food and free accomodation!!!!! Even if your not single, you still get free food, and accomodation.
That might solve your accomodation problem.
Contact for the event is Paddy Rock, dont have a number, but if you go onto culchie festival website you will get his number.

There is a hell of a lot of Dubs living in Ballyjamesduff. Funny that a culchie festival is on there. I dont live too far from there. I'd say it will be a great weekend.

The festival was in Kilnaleck last year and a BJD man won it, so now BJD are holding it....

You have to see these lads to believe it.....

This festival is hilarious but great fun!

anyways as regards accommondation theres no hotels in the town so your best bet is a guest house/b&b close by. there will be plenty of taxis around and apparently there will be buses between BJD and Virgina where the Pumpkin festival will be on at the same time. Theres 2 hotels in virgina is you wanna try them but seriously try a b&b and worry about how you'll get there after the night drinking! im sure you wont be left stranded...although, its quite possible in BJD!

I just heard about this today, a workmate of mine is going to be an escort. She's very pretty.

I keep meaning to ask her Amhran Nua but I keep forgetting. I won't see her 'til Tues 'cos I don't work Mondays. I don't think she knows exactly what she has to do, a friend of hers roped her into it. She says the whole thing's a mad laugh and she's looking forward to it.
