    Hi All,
    This devestating injury happened to me last week, gutted as put in a lot of work over the summer and now out for 6 months.:(
    Dan Carter had the same injury but apparently he recovered quickly although he has a lot more expertise at his fingertips.
    Anyone else go through this injury and if so any tips on rehabilitation. The doctors haven't told me much and just had sugery last tuesday.
    Especially interested on how people got on in the physio stage and anything that I could be doing during that time for as quick a recovery as possible???

    hey,
    5 months on and doing ok, just been given the ok to go back running. Is there anyone out there who's gone back to rugby after this injury and can give me some info on how they managed.
    Any advice greatly appreciated.
