Booking NCT online - where can I get code?

Need to book my NCT but I haven't got the code they ask for online and don't know when my car (its a '99 reg that came from the UK at some stage) was first registered in Ireland. How can I get the code to book online?

If you look on your Vehicle Licensing Certificate it will tell you the registration date that you need.
