What Photoshop Plugins do you use?

Am new to editing photos with Photoshop, so I'm wondering what are the common non-standard plugins that people are using? I have been using the PhotoMatix tone mapping plugin for HDR images so far and it gives really cool results, but that's the only one I have discovered so far...

Thanks... I will check out Topaz labs and BW Studio... basically I just don't know what kind of things people are commonly using plugins for. I tried downloading some of the most popular plugins listed on Adobe site to test them out, but some of those did not have Mac demos, and some of those that were available for Mac were not available for CS4 or didn't work for me.
