Chorus/UPC - cooling off period ?

    Is there any cooling off period with a new UPC installation ??

    Two weeks in & flippin hate the system - nothing but problems - channels not working, software not working......

    Just tried reading the small print, but its just too small :eek:

    how did you find it after 14 days and you could nt find it before 7 days if it was too small ?

    Annoyingly enough - I googled it having finally got the UPC broadband working this weekend !!!
