Cheap and easy dinners

    Okay so im living on my own and am very broke! I also have a limited supply of kitchen utensils-eg/ a fork is my potato masher! Im looking for ideas for cheap and easy dinners to make? Thanks

    the usual things like recipes with mince.eg.spag bol made from scratch and can use the bolognese for lasagne or sloppy joes
    making pizza from pitta bread,or rolls/french stick,also someone has recipe using tortillas methinks somewhere in food forum
    i find chicken can be cheap enough if bought unpackaged from butcher/butcher counter,look out for special offers on meat as well,stir fries are quick and easy and most veg works
    also things like beans or scrambled egg and toast for light meals are reasonably nutritious,
    omellettes are another thing that would be reasonable cheap and easy and can make them with whatever you like to eat
    staples would be to have stock of pasta,rice and potatoes(unwashed as cheaper and prob last longer)
    tortillas are handy to have but some brands can be expensive enough,they freeze well
