That looks good but the weight seems very light :) What grip are you using for the deadlift?

Pretty hard to say anything with weight that looks so easy for you tbh... You'd be better posting some 90ish% lifts.

I'd say get your hips down slightly more tho but you seem to have long legs so it may not work.

I was using mixed grip, right hand under, left hand over. I wonder is it a good idea to change this grip ie left hand under.

My outfit is beautiful, how dare you ;)

This was the first time that i rested the bar between reps, at the gym putting the bar down like this would make a lot of noise and prob leave a dent.

I recently got a decent camera phone, so its very interesting to take videos, the last rep felt as if my form had compleatly gone,

    thanks for replys :)

Knees look ok - upper back not great esp on initial lift. Get used to firing lats and keeping chest big for initial lift - some inverted pull-ups might help upper thorasic strength.

Think about pressing the ground away from you at initial & subsequent lifts, rather than thinking of lifting/pulling.

Comments about light weight are not helpful - form should be perfect with light weight! At max weight or close to, of course form is more likely to deteriorate.

For hand grip - recommend that you stay with overhand grip (both hands) as long as possible - in other words, until the weight reaches a level whereby you cannot hold it - excellent for increaseing grip strength.

When weight reaches a level whereby you cannot hold the bar for the set - change to an alternate grip. Excellent for keeping balance in your back if you change the alternate grip every second lift, right over/left under, then right under/left over and so on.

Its a good idea to put bar down between reps -The skill require to "touch and go" is far greater than most guys who lift realise. Putting it down allows ypu to reset - agree fully this is the way to go. Your gym should have some mats that you can lay out - if they dont and have a prob with you deadlifting - find another gym!

By the way, next time you film, take front angle shot at 45degrees as well as a side shot.

    Hope this helps.

On your last lifts it seemed like the bar was moving out on the down part and apparently this is a major no no, the bar is suppose to go up and down in a straight line.

As for grip I was told you should alternate your hands for every other lift, so right hand over with left hand under and next lift switch, apparently keeping the same grip every lift is wrong and causes imbalances down the line, makes sense when ya think about it.

Where are ya training, looks like a nice set up.
