    That guitar has a set neck :). The screw is probably for a strap hook

    Yeah looks real to me. Fake ones usually have a three screw trussrod cover piece.

    It's real. The 3 piece maple neck, volute and larger headstock are correct for the Deluxe. The screw on tne heel is most likely just there to fill the hole from a strap button that was added. However if you are serious about buying it then get the s/n to confirm.

    just wondering about the gibson logo on the headstock, it is slightly different form the way it should be

    Gibson logos can vary quite a bit from guitar to guitar especially over a number of years. My friend has a 1996 LP Standard and the logo is really different to my 2005. It's probably because the template in the factory has changed over the years.
