Up In The Air

George Clooney plays a businessman whose life is up in the air, literally and figuratively. Written and Directed by Jason Reitman (Juno).

These questions of freedom vs. attachment, life vs. job, moving vs. staying still etc. are of personal interest to me, and it shows in the films I like: Heat, The Accidental Tourist, Lost In Translation, and so on. Where does the job stop, and life begin, or can you even draw a line between them? So, I think I'm going to enjoy this one, though I hope it doesn't turn in to a rom-com on the way.

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

Yep, quite looking forward to it. loving Juno and Thank You For Smoking. The reviews are pretty awesome, too.
