Hi, I bought a desktop from Dell just under a year ago and I am wondering is it possible to trade my computer back in and put what ever price towards a laptop? Anybody ever here of this?
    Thanks

Nope, but under WEEE requlations, they would accept it back for no charge...

Under what terms though would they accept it back? I mean would they refund the price paid or would they just service it or send out a new machine?
    Thanks

They wouldn't give you anything for it. If you bought a new PC from them, they would take the old one back and dispose of it for you.
