    Okay, it not like a major emergency, but was hoping someone could help me out on this because it's doing my head in. I am wondering if anyone knows the name of a film made in the 80's where a millionaire hase to live as a homeless bum on the streets of the city that he lives in. He has a electronic tragging device on his foot, and meets a older bum who knows death is nearby by the eleven sign on the back of your neck. He also gets in a fight with another crazy bum who thinks he is richer than him, he goes to a hostel where a room is $2.50 a night.
