Audio stammering with NTL HD Decoder

Have had the NTL HD decoder for the past month and overall very happy with it. However, I'm experiencing audio stuttering on both HD and SD channels, not all the time but occasionally. For example, the Six O Clock News this evening had extensive stuttering, but watching the Late Late Show for the past hour and I haven't noticed a problem.

Anyone else experiencing this and any thoughts on it?

    Yes the same problem.

Now fixed they gave me a new box.

I guess some of them are faulty.

OK - so it's the box that's at fault.

I better give them a bell too.

I noticed this also. Does anyone noticed that there is some bleading of the white lines on the tennis court on Eurosport. I've attached a photo taken from my iphone, quality isn't going to be perfect but should be good enough to show what I mean. It should be much better than this right?

Sounds like I have the same audio problem. I must get on to UPC about it.

Well a lot of stuff on Eurosport is upscaled SD. If this is the case and the source is standard PAL SD, then the bleeding and dot crawl seen would be expected. Sure there was live cycling on Eurosport HD yesterday and it was upscaled pillar boxed 4:3 SD!!!
