Ok so whats everyones favourite entrance music in UFC or in local shows? I noticed black betty got a bit of overtime at the last Ultimate conflict lol

Personal favourites are Anderson Silva entrance to DMX - No sunshine and forrest's Shipping up to Boston by Dropkick Murphys. Also liked Three 6 Mafia - its a fight at last UC, think maybe it was Damo rooney who entered to it but not sure, as well as Aaron flynn entering to Slipknot

I think Rampage Jackson and Chuck Liddell have great theme's. BJ Penn's is different so I like that.

Black Betty and Kasabian were out in Force at U.C.

Ok my favourite music is ...... Fedor's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BbDy34DuypA

    SO over used though.

Jon Jone's entrance theme at UFC 94 Angry Johnny by Poe was really cool. But I cant seem to find the version he used.

A Country Boy Can Survive for Matt Hughes brings a smile

Gimme Shelter for Big Nog is just the dogs bollox

Back in Black for Randy Couture's fight against Big Tim was just perfect

I also like my cheese like Eminence Front by The Who which Bonnar used on his last fight, Sakuraba's PRIDE theme, Wild Boys for Mirko etc

The pop for Enter Sandman for Brocks last fight was amazing, especially considering most of the crowd wanted to boo him anyway.

Rich Franklin - For those about to rock by AC/DC

I actually think this is a very poor choice. It doesn't really kick in hard until about 2:40, at which point the track is fading out on the broadcasts. Thuderstruck, for example, would be far better.

I loved the fact that Randy Couture came out to AC/DC's Livewire at 102. Livewire is not one of the better known AC/DC tracks, so, the huge AC/DC fan that I am, it blew me away.

I dont think it needs to kick in hard. Its got a class intro and the lyrics are perfect.
Thunderstruck is overused.Loads use it but I remember it mainly when couture used it for the 3rd Liddell fight

Babalus is awesome, Simon Says by Pharoahe Monche.

Shoguns Pride entrance was good too, Slayed by Overseer.

Big Nog's are the best. Think he used street fighting man for the Timmeh fight.

Still waiting for someone to use Why cant we be friends.

I'm definitely using it in the future, won't pump you up at all but it would be classic.

Honourable mention goes to Wand for having the gayest entrance, Sandstorm makes me cringe everytime I hear it.

personally i think jon fitch's entranc Jonny Cash Rusty cage is the best especially the part at 1.26 i tink it is whn he comes into the cage this is closely followed by arlovski Onward to Victoy

I'm gonna use "All Along the Watchtower" by Jimi Hendrix.

Starts off great and in the first 20 seconds you get the lyric "There must be some kind of way out of here".

Good choice. That's an awesome track.

Any of you remember what Jeff Monson came out against Tim Sylvia at UFC 65? John Lennon's Imagine. WTF?!?

I've been YouTubing all these tunes and came across this guy's channel. He's got a load of fighters' entrance music.

Also, does anyone know what Shogun's current music is? (The one he used at 93). I think Wandy may have used it at one stage too.

Edit: Nevermind, it's Armin Van Buuren - Sail.

BJ's is the best IMO. I just think it is the type a song a top quality fighter should come out to. I don't know why but I just love it.

Somebody said Wanderlei's is cheesy but I love it especially when he was in Pride.

Buzz in Dublin for Marcus Davis with House of Pain was great. Also love Akiyama with "Time to say Goodbye" by Bocelli.

And any entrance by Akihiro Gono, not just because of the song but the theatre that comes with it. Was in Birmingham for UFC 89 when he came in to some cheesy pop song and did a dance routine on the way in. Youtube his entrance at UFC 94 against Fitch too, he and his cornermen came in dressed as Diana Ross and the Supremes. Full length sequined dress and wig. Nutter.

    Good thread.

Might not go down well as there doesnt seem to be many hip-hop fans, but i was shocked and delighted when at 102 Josh Rosholt used "My Time" by Fabolous off his new album and one of my favourite songs this summer. Same fight Chris Leben used "Welcome to Jamrock" by Damian Marley, loved that too.

Tito Ortiz using a Limb Bizkit Break Stuff remix was great. "Tito, is in the house"

Wandy's "Sandstorm" was AWESOME in Germany!! Guess you have to like the guy to get hyped, but the energy in the place was incredible.

    I also have a soft spot for Mirko's "Wildboys":o

Honorable mention to Gabe Gonzaga and "Mother" by Danzig which I think is a cool entrance song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vgSn0SbQJQI

If/when I ever get a chance to pick a tune for my own entrance it would be "Atlas" by Battles http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IpGp-22t0lU

Jump Around for Marchus Davis at 93 was without doubt the best atmosphere I have EVER heard.

How about Fedor's entrances in Pride, amazing.

Best entrance ever has to be Sakuraba v Schembri II - Saku dressed in pyjamas, and the special effects were unbelievable

Actually I remembered one of the most unexpected.

Cro Cop at UFC 67 - Prides theme music :D

He used it at UFC 95 aswell. He is a super nice guy, got talking to him in Germany after UFC 99 and meet him again at UFC 100 and he knew who I was, so did Marcus Davis.
