    Hi guys I'm looking for a title to a piece I'm writing on killer sessions and I'm just wondering what people call their tough sessions other than tough sessions :D

    Ball breakers or we could have a 'balls to the walls' session.

    'Ten dolla sessions' - you are bent over like a $10 whore after the session on your hands and knees (thats not a real one, just made it up, sorry).

    I read somewher that our walkers call them strong sessions rather than hard sessions to focus on the positive rather than the negative, on the advice of sports psychologists.

    Sounds good, Is it just me but i can't wait to do my harder ssession of the week, the ones that kill me are the slow recovery runs.
