Adverse Possession

I have a house in Dublin for the last 17 years. The house has been occupied by myself and my daughter during this time. When I originally got the house, there were no deeds. Nobody has any claim on the house other than myself. Would anyone have any ideas on how I could get the new deeds for the house?

When you make the thread title adverse possession and you use the term that you occupied the house, we are to assume that you did not purchase the house, correct?

Yes, you need to make an appointment to see a solicitor who will be able to advise you in respect of any application for first/section 49 registration.
