New member etiquette for online booking

    Have recently joined a club and want to play in a few competitions. I know a few members there but not very well. My question is, if i look at the online timesheet for a Sunday comp and i only see 3 players at a certain tee time with a remaining space- is it a nomral practise to put you name as the fourth if you dont know them?

    Yes, there is no problem in doing this. It will help you to get to know bthe membership.

    What if the competitions are 3 ball singles?? I guess you can't in this circumstance?!?

    These are blocked out, usually with an x, so you can't book

    Thanks for the replys - no it wasnt a 3 ball singles - they were just only a few times that had not been filled up.
    Thats fine then, il throw my name on. Just wanted opinions on it.
