Hi I will be handing the keys back to my house to the bank as unable to pay mortgage anymore.Has anyone here done this before to tell me all the legal consequences of this.I know the house will be sold under what i owe on the mortgage by probably 70k and they will be looking for this money from me but i wont have it.What…

Hi

You should speak to a solicitor. That is not a lot in the current climate. Negotiate with the bank if you can. Not to be construed as legal advice.
