Thinking of heading to South Africa for a holiday with the missus during the world cup next year. I was thinking of going the week before the tournament starts (Friday 4th June) and staying for two weeks (leave Saturday 19th June). So we'd have one week of South Africa touristy stuff and one week of following the football.

What with England qualifying I presume flights are going to get more expensive. I am thinking of booking a flight into Cape Town and out of Johannesburg this weekend. Flights are about €1000 at the moment.

Does this sound like a good plan or can anyone see any problems with it?
