The team will travel out to Switzerland on Monday 21st September. Philip Deignan and Dan Martin will come straight off the back of the Vuelta and will be looking to hold their form to the worlds. Nicholas Roche continues to ride strongly following his great David McCann who won his 5th nation TT title at the weekend will focus on the time trial, he is currently preparing with the track endurance squad in Ailge, Switzerland. Arron Buggle who has focused on the time trial all year and won the U23 title at Swinford on Saturday with a time only bettered by McCann is also preparing with McCann in Aigle. Siobhan Dervan has had a season of two halves being home until the National Road Race championships where she was 5th and then basing herself abroad for much of the last two months racing a European programme. She is coming to form and is putting the final touches to her preparation at the 5 day Tour de L'Ardeche in France this week with a National Irish Team. Supporting her and back from America for September is Olivia Dillon. Olivia has focused her preparation on the TT and won the 30km National Title convincingly on Saturday by almost a minute and a half. She will target the TT and support Siobhan in the road race.
