Was out walking yesterday and when I got back the lower part of my calf was really sore. The pain is ok today but I rested it just to be on the safe side. I am currently (power) walking crosscountry 5 - 6times a week. I am also trying to add in jogging every couple of minutes for 1-2 minutes.

The question is should I get back to it tomorrow?

It may just be muscular soreness (DOMS = delayed onset muscle soreness) which is normal after strenous exercise. This will pass in a few days.

If the pain continues please go see a doctor.

Closing this as it may require medical advice which we cannot give here.

    Best of luck :)
