Hi, I need to avoid gluten and limit dairy intake.

    - does gluten free porridge have any nutritional value?
    - do gluten free muslei and gluten free rice puffs have any nutritional value?
Do these product contain enough fibre in a diet compared to gluten alternatives?

if you like porridge and want a gluten free alternative then defo the gluten free is ok but the nutritional value is different unfortunately - bought gluten free porridge by mistake before and there was hardly any fiber per 100g ... you should prob rely on fruit + veg for fibre as much as possible

Most GF products are complete junk unfortunately, highly refined and filled with additives to replicate the taste of the real thing.

Having said that, if you treat them like treats then once in a while is ok, but not as a staple of the diet.

There's lots of recipes online for GF "Porridge" made from rice or quinoa if you google.

Having said that, you can't beat bacon and eggs for brekkie, free of gluten, full of delicious!

If you are worried about fibre, alot of people use psyillum husk daily.
I don't know if it is suitable for GF diets, I imagien it is. Check first obviously.
