Does anyone know if there is anywhere on the net where i can see this fight?
I heard it was a solid performance from Lee which is encouraging after his lack luster previous few fights. What are your opinions on Lee? Do you think he can make it to the top?

I don't thing Lee is ever going to turn out to be the fighter Manny Steward hoped. He can beat anyone that's willing to stand and box him for 12 rounds, however when people want to mix it up on the inside Andy starts to have real problems.

Can Lee go to the top ?......well that depends really. The question is can Felix Sturm go to the top ?, if yes then Lee can because Lee with a bit more experience he will be capable of beating Sturm. A fighter like Lee who's great at boxing but not so effective at having a tear up. Not that either man actually mind going to war(well Sturm didn't till Castillejo stopped him), it's just neither is too good at it.

Lee's still a sucker for the right hand, and if it hasn't been fixed this long after the Vera loss you have to wonder will it ever be.

Matthew Macklin is the best Irish Middleweight prospect, I fancy him to stop Asikainen and I'd fancy him against either Lorenzo or Sylvester who are fighting for the IBF title soon.

The one thing Lee has is he's still pretty young, having turned 25 not too long ago. He's got a long way to come if he's going to develop into a potential World title winner. He's going to have to get better at dealing with brawlers though, a lot better. Otherwise even if he can win a title he won't be holding it for long.

A the moment I think Winky Wright would be a great fight for him. It'd be a great experience for him fighting Wright and Winky no longer has any tools that could overly trouble Lee. Problem is Winky only fights for big money so that fight is unlikely to happen anytime in the near future.

I haven't seen the Shuler fight, however I can't expect it was that positive if he took 8 rounds to get rid of Shuler.

That guy Lee boxed was about 1/50 to win. That is a complete and utter mismatch. Shuler is a welter/JM at best. Andy has been a pro for at least 3 years now and what has he done and where is he going?
It's make or break, and soon. I don't think he has what it takes to be a top middle.
There are too many issues, especially stamina and punch resistance. These two are big problems in such a hard hitting division.

I think you are jumping the gun a bit there mate. He is only 25, most boxers do not peak until they are about 30. He made a big statement in calling out John Duddy who is, by no means, world class but a hell of a step up. I do not see a problem with his punch resistance. He took a proper hiding off Vera and was still throwing punches until the ref stepped in. He needs to work on his defence and how to avoid getting into brawls. He should take a page out of Mayweather's book in that regard. I believe he can improve and establish himself amongst the best in the division but it will be a while yet. If he and Pavlik were to fight tomorrow he would be destroyed.

He is young, but from what I have seen, he has yet to tell me that he is world class or close to it. He can take a punch, it is his stamina that is the problem and that is where
the resistance comes in. Vera wobbled him badly, but Andy was also a bit gassed which exacerbated the problem. I honestly do not see much improvement with Lee. I think we have the best of Lee now and this is well short of world class.

Andy Lee should move up in weight he looks weak at middleweight at super middle he should be much stronger. His stamina problems might be better as well.
