Got 5 quotes in there last week (Sligo) from tilers, all with good reputation. Prices varied from €12 to €18 per square yard.

The guy at €18 was way way off the others (and didn't take rejection very well either:cool:)

Here in the SouthEast, and from what I know, they are charging between €17 and €25 /sqm. But also depends on the area you have to tile (how many sqms) and some tilers will ask for a bit more if there are too many corners or trims.

From my experience they don't really care with the size of the tiles (although bigger tiles are a bit more difficult to level), they do have more work if the walls are crooked but that does not normally impact on the quote.

Best go wit tiler on good reputation, ask around, etc. ask for references and photos of work, any good tiler will have these on hand in todays market. Prices for that floor should vary between 15 -- 20 euro. anyone coming under that is cutting themselves short and will no doubt get job done asap to maximise profit. if those 60x60 tiles are laid wit lips showing it will look horrible
