Iv suffered a lot with my ankles in recent years with 3 bad twits recently (2 in 2 months, one on each ankle).

GP had little to say about it but I was wondering can anyone recommend further courses of action (physiotherapy, orthopaedics, other)?

One ankle looks slightly deformed to me after the last twist. I want to get running allot more and don't want to compound problems.

Not painful generally but acts up from time to time and certain positions are painful.

It would be wise to see a physio or podiatrist or both.
    Get it early.

These things are great for pre-habbing the ankles

But as the others said get it checked out so you know exactly what is wrong.
