Addiction Studies

    Hi,

I’ve become very interesting in the subject of addiction studies, and although I can find a lot of information of the various courses out there relating to it, I can’t really find anything about what real job prospects would be out there for me should I complete a diploma or degree. Does anyone know anything about the subject –
Is there much demand for people with a qualification in this (I’m sure like most trades, jobs are pretty quiet at the moment?),
Where would I go about applying for a job in this field? mainly health sectors?
And what sort of salary would be involved (Have a wife and children so would need to be practical before deciding anything)

Any help here would be appreciated..
