ESPN not on my multiroom box?

    Hi,

We have ESPN as well as the Sky sports pack on Sky and have a multiroom sub too.

Sky told me last week on the phone that the ESPN should be also on the multiroom box and said they would then rectify it and send it to the multi room box.

So one week later and the ESPN never came on the multiroom box.

It works fine on the main box and both boxes are turn on all the time.

I was wondering did the Sky person make a mistake as pehaps you have to pay extra to have the ESPN added to the multiroom box as Setanta did?

I've ESPN and multiroom. ESPN is available on both boxes and I never mentioned multiroom when I ordered ESPN. I'd say you're gonna have to call Sky again.

I called Sky two weeks ago to order ESPN and they told me that they dont do multiroom with ESPN! so basically I told them I dont see how Setanta done it and ESPN couldnt. It made me decide not to bother with ESPN.

ESPN is included on the multi room thing.

Aye. That seems to be what some are saying now but the chap I was on the phone with was adamant that they did not which I thought as odd. Always the same with Sky - one call to the next the persons usually have different info.
