Swimming Clubs/Groups in Dublin

    Hi

I recently attended an adults improvers class in Dublin. I am an average swimmer -good at backstroke, breaststoke and side stroke but really bad at front crawl. I can't master the breathing and I end up all over the place and stopping alot. My fitness level is also low at the moment. And i'm not a fast/strong swimmer in any stroke.

So I joined this class hoping to improve my fitness and technique...but unfortunately the others in class were much fitter/stronger and were training for triathalons so I was waaaaaaaaay out of my depth and stopped going :-/ The instructer also concentrated on front crawl alot because he said it was the only stroke that would improve speed and fitness.

Does anyone know of a class that caters for swimmers like me?

Glenalbyn Swimming Pool, Monday nights, 8-9pm. Caters for all levels (different sections for different levels). Runs in 8-week segments, for €85. This particular course series started tonight. I find it very good, and it doesn't focus on any particular stroke.
