Boss, moved me at short notice to another location to carry out work, there was an urgent need.
It ammounts to an extra 50km daily from my permanent place of work.
It also ammounts to at least an extra 40hrs a month extra lost because of this temporary move.
There were allowances already agreed in relation to things like this.
Boss now refusing to pay them.
Union rep advises that they wont be paid- despite them being due- boss states states that they will settle on the steps the court in the event of litigation, i.e small claims court.
Should i bypass small claims and head straight to the district court?

The small claims court does not deal with that type of dispute.
