    The saturday morning Lameco Eskrima class reopens again after the summer break from 12th Sept at Fitness Dock Gym on Camden st. If anyone interested in taking part, or like more info please feel to contact me. The style of Lameco we teach was develop by Guru Felix Valencia.

    Hi Belikewater

    The only class we do the Valencia Lameco Eskrima is Saturday mornings at the moment the class runs from 10am - 11am. We run it in 5 week blocks and cost is €60 for the 5 weeks. Hope this helps
