Just watched this tonight for the first time. Really enjoyed it, was expecting just another meaningless teen comedy but what I saw really made me think as well.
Thoughts?
I quite like this film. It's a great 'coming-of-age' story.
Colin Hanks is good too, he was in Band of Brothers too (which led me to rack my brains for ages as to where I had seen him before!)
You can just see the hopelessness of his family and you can see that he knows it.
Good fun overall, feel good movie too.
