I pod not synchronising?!

    Ok. I've a 8gb ipod nano third generation, but once i click the sync button on itunes, it just says 'Sync complete' when it clearly hasn't. There's stuff on my ipod that i dont want anymore so ive the boxes unchecked on itunes but are still coming up on my ipod

    Any help would be great!

    they must be checked on itunes to remove them, if you want to get rid of them from your ipod you must delete them from itunes

    Not true. You can of course keep music in iTunes but remove from iPod.
    In iTunes click on iPod and then the summary tab. Check the "manage music manually" box. Then you can drag and drop the tunes you want. Or delete them on iPod only.

    Sometimes you may have a playlist checked as to be synced without realising that has the extra files in it. Usually when I find that stuff has not been deleted I find it still in the "Recently Added" or "Top 25 most Played" playlist.

    The "Top 25 most Played" playlist is annoying when you thought you ha deleted all those Spice girls tracks from the iPod before lending it to your mate.
