Can I remove the voice-over from an mp3 download?

I recently downloaded an excellent live mix of Carl Cox in Chicago. The problem is that it was broadcast with interviews taking place in the background and it has frankly messed the mix up. Is there any software that could remove the talking and just leave me with the tunes? Thanks
