3GS getting scarily warm when using WunderRadio....

I got the WunderRadio app recently (it's fab! How did I ever live without it?) - and tend to use it continuously for an hour in the morning, and again in the evening.

I've noticed that sometimes the back of the phone (presumably the battery) gets scarily warm when I have it on for a while. Should I be worried about this or is it a common occurrence when the phone is being used continuously for a pretty heavy-duty app?

My 3G gets warm all right when I've been running WunderRadio for an hour or so or using the GPS functionality in the car for extended periods. Can't say that it's scarily warm/hot or anything. I find that when I'm chugging any 3G data intensive app that this is the case. 3GS tends to run hotter in these scenarios from what I've read but I doubt it's much to worry about.

Thanks - am just a bit worried that it will overheat someday.

Back in the halcyon days of my youth, I worked part-time as a barman and one day I was standing behind the bar and my old Nokia 3210 got white-hot while in my pocket. Then it eventually cooled down, but was completely fried. So naturally enough I'm freaked slightly by this current problem!

I used the "Play in background" function on wunder radio for the first time today and it worked fine; it opened up in safari. Now my safari is stuck on wunder radio and none of the buttons will work so I can't get any other pages. Has this happened to anyone else, and does anyone know how to resolve the problem?!

Have you tried rebooting the phone?
