REALLY hoping someone cn give me a step by step guide to fixing this....the ones on the net are no use. Putting it here as I got no response on Mac forum and iknow a lot of you use macs.......... REALLY hoping someone cn give me a step by step guide to fixing this....the ones on the net are no use. Putting it here as I got no response on Mac forum and iknow a lot of you use macs..........

When I try to open itunes it says "itunes is on a locked disk or you do not have write permissions for this folder" and it won't let me go on to itunes. I use it for work so if anyone can help, would be most appreciated.

If anyone knows an alternative method of opening mp3s im sent it'd be musch appreciated.
